The packaging was very regular, and made me wonder if Ji Hazoor management’s changed hands over the years. Tasty though it was with that typical smoky and creamy diffusion of flavours, as I munched away, I kept waiting for the salt to kick in. It sure was lower than the needed amount, and at least 2 others agreed that while it was lesser than required and not altogether absent, it’s healthier to eat less salt. If only this was intentional of Ji Hazoor, I smirked.
The ‘Ji Hazoor’ management needs to put in a concerted effort to command a loyal base of customers for itself. They have got their name right and it smacks of class, and could allow them to command the pricing on their current Menu; the packaging, the finishing, these are just little elements that could take them from a 3 star Zomat to a 4-4.5 one.
