I visited Jheel’s Ginger Coffee Bar & Bakery mainly for the wood fired pizza, and I must say the pizza was genuinely delicious. The setting is also beautiful, with a lovely view of the lake. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, as if every request was a burden. I wasn’t offered a plate or napkins with my food, and no one checked in to see if I needed anything. It wasn’t rude behavior, but rather a complete lack of hospitality like they were doing me a favor by serving me. Even though I still tipped more than 10%, I left feeling a bit disappointed. This place has potential, but the poor service really took away from the overall experience. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

No stars at all. Highly over rated place with pathetic staff behavior. Staff is very arrogant and food is not great. Just avoid to visit this place as they only try to sell u food and not allow you to sit and relax as they only think of making money. Every time while eating waiter comes ans stand on your head. Very very bad experience of staff and manager. Just avoid this place. They spoiled our weekend. I m giving 1 star bcz. I have to select it to post. Or else no stars at all.
