If you forget something in the hotel...the management wont give u a cal...rooms have cockroaches...poor response from the staff after asking for repeated time for wifi password then they will send you the id and password....for 2litres of water they charge 80 rs...pathetic experience

I stayed at Vishwaratna Hotel between 22nd and 24th April 2025 and had a rather disappointing experience, especially given the expectations from a suite room. First off, the bed was extremely small—even in the suite. A queen-size bed in a suite? That’s simply not acceptable for the category of room or the price paid. The room was noisy and uncomfortable—the windows wouldn’t lock properly, and loud music from hotel events made it nearly impossible to get any rest. Despite repeated requests to the staff to change the room, there was absolutely no response or assistance. To make matters worse, the food was below average, lacking both quality and variety. Due to the discomfort, I was forced to check out a day early (on 23rd) despite having paid for the room till the 24th. No staff member showed any courtesy or even asked why I was leaving early. No help, no apology—nothing. Overall, it was a poor experience that I wouldn’t recommend, especially for anyone expecting even basic service and peace in a so-called suite. Service: 1
