In case the rain took you by surprise during the promenade around Shree Shanishwar Mandir, stop by this restaurant. At Jhama, visitors may try perfectly cooked chaat, panipuri and samosa chaat. You will be offered good gulab jamun, jalebi and kulfi.
It's easy to find this place due to the great location. The efficient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Enjoyable service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this spot. You will appreciate average prices. The beautiful decor and pretty ambiance let clients feel relaxed here.
I explained the issue to him and he himself accepted a mistake was made from their end. I in return asked him what was the resolution for the same, to which he very rudely shouted, "Ab kya case karoge aap?". I still managed to keep calm and asked him if he could refund my money or replace the items. He in anger said "Dono item ka bhaav ek hi hai. Refund toh nahi hoga. Aap ko aadhe ghante mein original order wale item bhej dunga" and disconnected my call. Here after, I have received no replacement nor any call from that rude staff / manager. Nor have I got any intimation of refund.
My whole point of writing such a big post is to bring to light that I was just trying to understand why did this happen. Was the item I requested out of stock? Or a similar issue due to which I was sent alternative items without consulting me.
In such a case, if this was intimated to me I would have happily agreed without any complaints.
But the problem here is of the attitude of people who firstly make a mistake and when asked about it, get offended and start acting rude and naive.
We as customers expect only this much to say the least! :)
