Not recommend to visit this place , but since jewel rock is the known place we came for a stay. Pathetic front desk behaviour.There was miscommunication in the prices of room. Upon that the manager and receptionist staff was very rude to resolve the issue . They have no professionalism to treat the customers. They do not meet the first criteria to treat customers. I do not want anybody's stay to have such issues .

Not so good or not so bad. The ambience is good. Sufficient parking place. Located in a not so busy place. The quality of food is good, we liked and relished it. Room service is good, but restaurant service little bit to be improved. Totally we enjoyed our stay in Jewel Rock Hotel and enjoyed the food. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 3
