The staff is said to be gracious here. Jenifer Sweets & Bakery - Kotha Street is notable for its nice service. It's usually good to try something new, enjoying the homey atmosphere. But many people who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Very worst in package and delivering sweets, 2 days back I ordered sweets to be carried to foreign country. I told them to pack it in good package but they packed in normal box and it got damaged when I opened here. Also, they are using bare hands without any glove for packaging. Initial stages, their sweets and services were good but once they developed they are not focusing on the quality and customer satisfaction. I won’t recommend any of the Jennifer sweets, please try different stores for quality service. Please find the picture for reference.
