I recently ordered a 1kg chocolate cake (June 2025) for my daughter's birthday, and overall, the experience was good. The cake itself was delicious! However, the delivery timeline was delayed by 45 minutes, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the POS staff could benefit from better phone etiquette and training. Despite these issues, Id give the experience 4 out of 5 stars. The cake's quality made up for the minor hiccups in delivery. Didn’t quite enjoy their cake. Had ordered a customised half kg Chocolate Truffle cake, which honestly was an all white cake, with no design, etc. Failed to deliver the exact product + felt like they overcharged us. 800 for a half kg cake is too much, but since it was needed, I had to place it. The flavour of the cake wasn’t really great. A basic chocolate cake tastes better I would say. Not worth it at all.
