Very rude lady Ms Priyanka at reception. After wasting our time for 20 minutes for using swimming pool facility and telling us price for kid will be Rs 1000/- she confusingly tells us that she needs to take approval and finally says sorry can’t use before 01 May 2025 . Please assign good confident staff at reception who are aware of the club details

Easier Than You Think a month ago on Google

First time I am staying at the Jaypee Atlantic - The Club, Leisure Complex. The staff are incredibly hospitable, ensure they have time for their guests. The Cooks Cafe privides an excellent selections of food and beverages. The food is honestly great! Very polite and kind restaurant staff. My thanks to all of the restaurant staff, especially Omprakash.
