Jayalakshmi Fast Food is one amongst the older food cart vendors in Basavanagudi. They have been operating for over 25 years and little has changed in terms of taste and quality. A lot has changed though about the offerings and also the size and the type of food cart that they have now to the one they started with. They started with Dosa of 3 or 4 varities and Idli. They added the donuts made of curd/yogurt which was an instant hit. Now the number of dosa offerings will itself take 2 or 3 visits to taste everything. There are other fast food offerings like Rolls, Cheese Sticks amongst others which definitely cater to everyone's palate.
