Extremely Disappointed – Serious Hygiene Issue! I had a very unpleasant experience at Jay Mahakali Sev Usal – The Taste of Baroda (Waghodia Road Branch). While having my lunch, I was shocked to find a sharp piece of metal scrubber in my food! When I brought it to their attention, the staff took the issue very lightly, showing a complete lack of concern for customer safety. As this is a franchise, I strongly urge the main owner to enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols across all branches. Incidents like these not only endanger customers but also seriously damage the reputation of the brand.
