this is atleast 50 year old, one of its kind, faluda ice cream joint.. its name was Vatumal Faluda icecream, which was later diversified into two branches- vicky faluda and jay faluda ice cream by two brothers. later vicky faluda was shut down for reasons I am not aware of..
thus Jay faluda ice cream remains one of its kind ice cream parlour which serves so many varieities of FALUDA ICE CREAMS.
The most popular items are 3,4 and 5 star faluda.. the number here depicts the number of scoops..
Faluda ice creams are a must must try for an ice cream lover. faluda is a sweet yellow colored stuff which looks like noodles.
a good thing is that the joint is just 0.5 kms away from the airport, so one must visit when he has spare time to spend at or around airport.
