I had gone to collect my food order, so I was waiting—but the place was extremely crowded.All the tables there were also full. One of the fans was broken, so it was getting really hot. There was a lot of chaos with the food orders; the management wasn’t handling them properly. One customer even got angry because it had been 30 minutes since they placed their order, and it still hadn’t arrived. But the food tasted good. I'm a regular customer, and sometimes mistakes do happen. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I had ordered a butter vadapav, but it disappointed me. Firstly it was overpriced, other than that, they didn't give what they charged for. The size of the vadapav was also not up to the mark. Small vadapav, limited plastic pouch chutney and ketchup. It used to be great initially but they have successfully ruined the taste of this vadapav. I hope we find a good place for vadapav in the near future. I would never visit this place again for vadapav or anything else. Other than that the ice cream which I bought from there was hocco and it was nice....I had to eat an icecream to wash down and improve my taste. I miss old Jay Bhavani, when it wasn't popular enough to throw their franchise to anyone. It tasted okay but I'm more disappointed due to the loss of the actual MSP of this place. Do not recommend.
