Today, I had an extremely disturbing experience at Shree Ambey Rajawadi Chai, 135 Noida. I had ordered poha and was shocked to find a dead cockroach in the food. This is a serious food safety and hygiene violation. What made it worse was the behavior of the staff. When I brought this to their attention, there was not even a hint of apology or concern. Instead, 3–4 staff members continued laughing and chatting among themselves in another language, completely ignoring the seriousness of the situation. Not one person took ownership or even showed the basic courtesy to speak respectfully. This kind of negligence and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I hope immediate action is taken to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
