I am utterly disgusted and appalled by my experience with Jashn. I would give zero stars if I could. We had a confirmed, pre-booked reservation for a large group of 20 people. We trusted Jashn to host our special event. At the last minute, the restaurant called and CANCELLED our booking, leaving 20 people completely stranded. The reason? They had received another booking and decided to just dump ours. This shows a complete lack of integrity and proves that a reservation at Jashn means absolutely nothing. But the worst part of this entire ordeal was the customer service. When a female member of our group called to understand why our confirmed booking was being cancelled, she was met with the most pathetic, rude, and disrespectful attitude I have ever witnessed from a hospitality professional. The man she spoke to had zero manners. He was dismissive, arrogant, and spoke to her in a way that was completely degrading and unacceptable. To have your booking thrown away is one thing. To then be treated with such contempt and disrespect when you are the victim of their failure is shocking. This establishment is unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly has staff who have no respect for their customers, especially women. Do not risk your special events or celebrations here. They are untrustworthy and their staff's behavior is an absolute disgrace. We will never be returning and will be warning everyone we know to stay far away from Jashn. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
