I recently purchased a cake jar from Ratnadeep Supermarket in Khajaguda, and unfortunately, it had fungus. I contacted the Jarlie team on February 19, 2025, and they assured me that they would pick it up for testing and arrange a complimentary replacement. However, there were significant delays and a lack of communication. The jar was not picked up until March 4, 2025, and since then, I have not received any feedback, communication, or the promised complimentary replacement. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope the management takes immediate action to resolve this issue.

I tried almost all their available flavours. Today I tried their red velvet jar cake for the first time. Red velvet is not my favourite and I was skeptical to give this one a try. However it is surprisingly delicious. It satisfied my sugar craving and I am satisfied with its taste. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4
