If you're French and Italian cuisine lover, come here. You can have nicely cooked tuna teriyaki, cheese salads and pork chops at this restaurant. French name does not the cusine make! This place is highly rated on Zomato and both me and my friend could not understand the rating... Even Montego bay that doesn't claim serious food credentials has better quality, and flavourful food than this place... The prices are roughly comparable to Uma... But the quality is a world of difference... I however must say their service is great... They even gave us home made coffee liqueur which was rather nice... When they could see we had cancelled the mains... Great for people who want to see a a rustic place in india instead of the swanky places that are serious about flavours and textures and present world class cusine... To your response I'd just like to say at least aspire to be Morjim's response to "Nostalgia" which is sadly no more... Pls pls don't rest on old laurels... The competition atleast for food quality is stiff... Be simple but source quality ingredients and have chefs who will not overcook a squid which I'm sure management who has 16 years knows how to train for... Being complacent about basics is how stalwarts lose their edge

We don’t want to compare to other restaurants sir . If you don’t understand the rating, I’m sorry about that. We are a local Goan business running for the last 16 years ..Giving our best always for food and service .WWell tried ...

Maybe their main chef was on holiday or they thought we were just two guys who're lost... but the food could taste exceptional only to someone who does not expect a place in india to serve what is mentioned in the menu... In a fish carpaccio which was part of their sea food platter one had to hunt for the slices which hurried under a tonne of greens... the squid over cooked..... that too when we had gone there from the other end of Morjim just because the rating was so high... highly disappointing!

Jardin d'ulysse is an amazing restaurant with great view by the morjim river, yummy food and friendly people around , everytime I visit Jardin I feel like I am home. Thank you Ryan, Uncle Gilbert , Sir Martin and Master Francis and everyone for the best experience, care and lots of love
