Dining at this restaurant with a pleasant view of Howrah Bridge will be a beautiful experience for clients. Indian food is worth a try here. Being at JAN AHAAR, eat nicely cooked chicken biryani, fried chicken and sambar. Come here for tasty gulab jamun if you are hungry.
The positive aspect of this place is that the staff is well-trained. Fine service is something visitors agree upon here. Prices at this spot deserve attention because they're fair. The calm atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more guests. But this restaurant is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

This place is very unhygienic. First they try to unnecessarily add sweet to whatever you order. I got Masala dosa- the price was ₹50, which is quite low and you get what you pay for - edible food at best. But it may cost you your health, when I went to deposit my plate, cockroaches were roaming around the utensils. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Of all the public meals I have Jan Ahaar at stations, the Sealdah Station Jan Aahar is the worst and most expensive. I am forced to say that IRCTC should immediately change this vendor for charging such bad food and such high prices. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400
