Not powder in soft very dry dry means it not soft have it did mixeing like normal packet powder it like tea powder

Coffee power will typically be fine grinded If you want it coarse you need to specify how you want it to the person who is grinding it for you I am not sure when you say it’s very dry. Coffee powder is supposed to be dry Can I please ask your concern
