The queen quinoa salad is so bland and dry that it's hard to swallow. A little evoo vinaigrette dressing would have been great

Use of processed cheese. Lots of raw dry flour. I know it helps with the stretch but after that it could've been easily brushed off. This kind of crust is better with sourdough, too chewy but that means gluten formation was good. Basil leaves were good.
