Food is good, service was also good but the rudeness of the assistant manager was on it's peak, the so called assistant manager HEMANT was extremely extremely rude, pathetic, horrible, etc etc etc, a simple message to the owner of this restaurant, there are 100's of other restaurants near by yours but, we opted for jalpaan jaynagar thinking that we would have a nice time as it was a birthday get together, but to our surprise we had a very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very bad experience tonight because of your assistant manager HEMANT, we were not beggars who had come begging to your restaurant for food or money, we were customers who would give you business for 1000's of rupees, but his rudeness really really spoilt everyone's mood, while we waited outside for 45 minutes we also heard 3 of your customers saying this hotel is a horrible experience, which was all because of the service quality, especially your assistant manager HEMANT, I would personally never ever visit ANY JALPAAN RESTAURANT & also spread this word in my contacts, kindly train your staff how to talk someone who is giving you business worth 1000's of rupees, the hotel business is all about service & if you fail to do that, then God alone can help you, once again a big Thank you for giving us such a horrible experience.
