I ordered Kurkure Momos from this restaurant today and had a very disappointing experience. The outer layer looked fine, but when I opened the momos, the stuffing inside was clearly undercooked. The maida was raw and sticky, which made it completely inedible. It was very unhygienic and unsafe to eat. I immediately contacted the restaurant and even shared photos as proof, but instead of accepting the issue or offering a solution, they kept denying it and said, “This is not possible.” This kind of response is very unprofessional and shows poor customer service.
