I purchased Sev Puri from this place, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. After getting it packed, I noticed that the person preparing the food had an injured thumb and was not wearing gloves. He was even breaking the puris of pani puri with the same injured thumb, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The owner seemed completely uninterested in customer safety and hygiene standards. Due to this, I had to throw away the sev puri without even opening the packet. This is unacceptable and waste of money.
