I had a very disappointing experience at Jain Bakes at Ulsoor today. When I visited the store, the storekeeper, Saurabh, seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. I asked him if they had cream buns, but my query went unanswered multiple times, as if I wasn’t even there. After repeating myself several times, he finally responded and told me to look at a rack without offering any help. I intended to buy a few more items, but his unwillingness to assist made the experience unpleasant. When I asked him to bill the items, he told me I would have to wait for five minutes because he was busy making some entries. This level of customer service made me feel unwelcome, something I’ve never experienced in any store before. It was extremely disappointing, and I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their service. Not recommended unless they improve their approach towards customers.
