We hosted a business getaway at this place consisting of around 30 people. The service and hospitality provided by the staff at Jai Niwas Palace was excellent. Located in a quiet ambience this is an ideal place for a getaway with friends, family or business. Service: 5

Fantastic property, with huge rooms, swimming pool, garden, swings, large dining hall. Kitchen staff are too slow. Basement kitchen is always dirty. Rooms are awesome, bathrooms are large, with jacuzzi, but water outlet of the tub is on floor :(. The geysers don't work that good for hot water, jacuzzi doesn't work in all rooms either. The patio and inside rooms lobby area is tastefully decorated. The entrance was somewhat difficult to enter by car because of the flyover construction in front of the hotel. The staff is helpful, but a little slow. Service: 3

The location is Little bit off....even little far from the fort ...but the overall property experience is good...they offer very simple buffet breakfast with minimal items in the menu... You can get food by separate order...but not much choices in buffet Service: 4
