I recently ordered food from JAHAGEER BHAT'S UDUPI SWEET HOUSE UDUPI DARSHINI via Swiggy, and it was one of the most revolting experiences I've ever had. To my utter horror, I found parts of a cockroach – legs and hands – in my food . This is beyond unacceptable and speaks volumes about the appalling hygiene standards of the restaurant. I immediately contacted Swiggy's customer support to report this serious health hazard. However, the damage was already done. Such negligence not only ruins a meal but poses a significant risk to customer health. It is shocking and deeply concerning that a restaurant operating under Swiggy's platform could allow such a disgusting oversight. I strongly urge Swiggy and food safe and authority department to take stringent action against JAHAGEER BHAT'S UDUPI SWEET HOUSE UDUPI DARSHINI and conduct thorough inspections to ensure food safety standards are being met.
