I recently visited coastal kitchen family restaurant and had one of the worst dining experiences ever. The food quality was extremely poor, and to make things worse, I found a cockroach in my fried rice! When I reported it to the staff, they replaced it with biryani, which was undercooked and tasted awful. Despite this terrible experience, they still charged me the full amount without any apology or compensation. The hygiene standards are clearly lacking, and the food is not worth the money.

I have clearly mentioned "No Cabbage and asked for noodles (parcel). Still they sent rice with Cabbage on it..
