Entering this place felt like I was in a station to eat and chill with friends as if I was about to go to a trip . The staff were a bit rude, not taking care of the customers and ignoring our selection in the menu and talking to others while we were saying something. The train concept was cool but there was neither any alarm nor any indication of it approaching us. We were all the time opened video recorders to picture it but failed as we were not aware of it coming towards us. Very few items were available with the train concept. Roti and curries and starters were allowed all other food items were served manually. Coming to the food we ordered chicken soup not tasty at all. Chicken lollipops were good but the same routine sauce and food colour as usual bright red. Gobi paratha was the worst it was like lacha instead of a paratha of Gobi, very different and tasted worse. Mutton keema curry was lovely . Chicken biryani too was good . Kothimbir roti and methi rotis were better comparatively with the paratha. Mutton biryani was also good but mostly bony. Better to try or order keema for a full satisfactory meal. The train serving system adds a unique and exciting vibe to the dining experience. The ambience of the restaurant is pleasing and suitable for families. Service is criticized for being unprofessional, rude, and slow. Spiciness levels of dishes are inconsistent, with some being too spicy while others lack flavor. If you are looking for a perfect place to have a date, family dinner or simply wish to hang out with your friends, we highly suggest you visit Jagavi's Kritunga Train Restaurant & Take Away in Habsiguda, Hyderabad.
