inspite of raising complaint for the same i was made to wait for about 2 hours for cutlery finally jlno one reached me nor did zomato team responded.

Mr. Manish, we had send you the cutlery with the package and there were two packages...with 6spoons and tissues accompanied with it. and after that you want a refund we had talk to Zomato and told tem to process the same.
