Chicken lolipop needs to be cooked more properly... Garlic chicken tikka was amazing! Had a terrible delivery experience..Had to wait for 1.5 hours for my order which is from a restaurant just a km away from my place...On complaining the customer care,I was told delivery agent didn't pick my order and my order will be transferred to another agent who would reach me in another 10mins...but that didn't happen...on complaining again...They said my order has been picked up by another delivery agent so my order was being prepared by the restaurant again which was delivered to be after I spent this much energy on call and on chat...Very disappointed in Zomato this time... Should immediately take appropriate action on this issue and improve on it to note that this won't happen again in future with anyone else!
