Didn’t expected Mandi to be too good. Am a foodie and food was very good overall and it was on par with Hyderabad hotels. But had a very disappointing experience with service. The lady who took the order took more than 40 mins to bring mandi and she is giving the items to our hand. We have to keep it down and serve ourselves. Moreover she forgot to bring the extra phulka we ordered and bought it only after we finished eating. Never experienced such a disappointing service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
