Check out delicious tea. The staff is said to be appealing here. The good service is a great advantage of this restaurant. When inside, the atmosphere is peaceful. But JUNGLE villa & restaurant hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet expectations. One of the most concerning issues was rainwater leaking directly into the room, which indicates a serious lack of maintenance. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired — the overall hygiene and housekeeping standards were well below acceptable levels. The food served during our stay was also quite disappointing, both in terms of quality and value for money. We were equally concerned by the condition of the kitchen area, which did not appear to follow proper hygiene practices. Furthermore, we found the staff's attitude to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of addressing our concerns, they responded with indifference and a lack of courtesy, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Service: 1

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid at All Costs I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Jungle Villa, and I strongly urge others to stay away from this place. The pictures shown online are completely misleading — what you see is definitely not what you get. When we arrived, the room we were given was filthy and unclean. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and even basic hygiene was not maintained. There was no drinking water available, and no staff made any effort to assist us. To make matters worse, we ordered food at night, which turned out to be extremely bad in quality, cold, and tasteless. The kitchen itself looked unhygienic and unsafe. On top of this, rainwater started leaking inside our room, and we couldn’t even sleep properly as it was falling directly on the bed. It felt like we were staying on an open terrace, not inside a proper room. What’s even more frustrating is the terrible attitude of the staff — unprofessional, arrogant, and completely unwilling to help. They seemed more irritated by guests than interested in providing any form of hospitality. This hotel fails on every front — cleanliness, service, food, safety, and professionalism. It’s shocking how such a place is still allowed to operate. Please do not get fooled by the pictures or fake promises. This is not a "villa" by any means — it's more like an abandoned lodge with no standards. Highly unrecommended. Do not waste your money or ruin your trip like we did. Service: 1

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Rainwater was literally falling inside the room, which is completely unacceptable. The room was not clean at all — very poor housekeeping and unhygienic conditions. The food quality was also very bad and not worth the money. To make things worse, the staff was rude and full of attitude. Instead of helping, they behaved arrogantly and showed no concern for guests' comfort. The kitchen was also in very bad, unhygienic condition, raising serious concerns about food safety. This place clearly lacks basic hospitality standards. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Service: 1
