HAVE BEEN VISITING THIS OUTLET FROM QUITE LONG. RECENTLY FACED AN ISSUE WITH THE POINTS WHICH WERE NOT CREDITED ON MY RECENT PURCHASE. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE REASON WHY THE POINTS ARE NOT CREDITED THEY TOLD ME THERE IS A SERVER ISSUE LATER IT WILL GET CREDITED BUT IT DIDN'T HAPPENED. I BELIEVE THIS IS A NEW SCAM BY JUMBOKING EVEN THE SERVANTS AT THE CASH COUNTER ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE PROVIDED INFORMATION BY THE SUPERIORS WHAT ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN IN SUCH SCENARIOS. REQUESTINGS EVERYONE TO BE AWARE BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE AND YOU ARE BEEN KEPT FOOLING BY JUMBOKING IN THE NAME OF PERKS.
