My recent visit to Slice of Lime was made memorable not because of the food, which was quite average, but because of Manager Srinath's outstanding service. There was a minor issue with the waiter being inattentive, which led to delays in our order. However, as soon as we addressed it, Srinath took charge immediately. His professionalism, attentiveness, and customer-first approach ensured that our concerns were resolved smoothly. He personally checked on our table, apologized for the inconvenience, and made sure we were comfortable for the rest of our meal. While the food didn’t particularly impress me, Srinath’s excellent service and hospitality definitely did. Thanks to him, I’d consider giving this place another shot.
