I recently dined jubilee restaurant located near Thalassery General Hospital, which boasts years of experience in the culinary field. Unfortunately, my recent experience was far from satisfactory. The quality of the food served was notably poor. Upon entering, the person responsible for collecting payments exhibited an unfriendly and arrogant demeanor, which was quite unwelcoming. Initially, we ordered biriyani, but to our disappointment, it was served with undercooked rice. Hoping for a better experience, we subsequently ordered fried rice, only to encounter the same issue with the rice being undercooked. Regrettably, when we brought this matter to the attention of the owner, he responded with insensitivity and made jokes at our expense. This was the second time we had experienced such poor service and food quality at this establishment. Considering these recurring issues, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others. It is disappointing to witness such a decline in a place that once had a good reputation.
