Had an amazing lunch at JP Lunch Home. We tried the Crab Special Thali and Fish Special Thali, and both were absolutely delicious. The seafood was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of authentic flavors. Every item in the thali tasted really good, especially the curries and side dishes. The portion size was satisfying, service was quick, and the staff was very polite. The overall experience was excellent, and the homely taste made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely a great place for seafood lovers. I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from JP’s Lunch Home. I had ordered mutton gravy expecting a proper dish with meat, but what I received was just plain gravy with absolutely no mutton pieces in it. This is not a minor mistake—the main component of the dish was completely missing. It feels misleading to charge customers for a mutton dish and deliver something that doesn’t even contain mutton. What makes it worse is the inconvenience caused. I was left without a proper meal and had to go through the hassle of raising a complaint and following up for resolution. This is not the level of service one expects when ordering from a listed restaurant. Restaurants need to take basic quality checks seriously before dispatching orders. Sending out incomplete items reflects very poorly on both the restaurant and the delivery platform. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and necessary action is taken so that other customers do not face the same issue. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1
