Poor cooking time management. Poor service. They took 1/5 hour for serving the meal to us . Before this dinner,I ordered Paneer Kathi role, a couple of week ago I had paid 25%extra money as a Goods and Service Tax(GST) but later on I got to that they only take 5% GST on meal then I realised that they have a poor staff service too. In fact I have seen the other comments of main branch of JJ Food they have there positive impact on there customers which is good and also when I talk about my issues with the owner he has the humble reply and gentle behaviour and he offered me the dinner for free but I refused it because it was not the matter of money it's all about the time which is more precious than money but unfortunately I have to say this that he has a lack of eye on his workers . I didn't found any satisfaction from JJ Food Baurari,near Hawa Mahal (Gas Godaam ). If the condition remain same for further more days then I don't think so that they can compete or serve a good meal to public while the other restaurants are building there legacy by improving the taste in meal and fast dilevery services . Although charges of food items are not having much difference with other restaurants but the service and time management have to be improved a lot. I hope you will work on my issue.
