Extreme terrible experience.... ordered plum cake of 350₹ .
Shop owner sent 2 fruit cakes of 150₹ each .

Very poor quality. Ordered pineapple pastry which was very sour in taste appeared as very stale. Contacted outlet they ensure d to look into the matter but now not receiving call. Very poor customer service not recommended at all.

I visited here today and bought FLORIDA CAKE 1kg for ₹850/- and it had ANTS in it, that threw a really bad impression infront of my guests, SADDENED by that I took the cake with BILL back to the outlet and asked for a REFUND but they REFUSED and found that thing FUNNY and started making fun, they found this issue really PETTY, I don't know how things work here. I left the cake there itself. I've uploaded the images of cake & bill for further references.
PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.
JJ bakers has lost its GOODWILL in my eyes.
Hope for a revert.
