The Latasil, Guwahati outlet of JB's has always been rather consistent with the quality of food served at the place. On September 14, 2025 (Sunday), I took my partner for the first time to the restaurant to buy some sweets on our way to our friend's place at Maligaon. While the quality of sweets remains as good as it has always been, the behaviour of the people at the counter is far from what is expected. It seemed as if they were doing a favour on us by packing our preferred sweets. On many instances, they were not even listening to us. I do not think that any of us deserve the kind of behaviour that we had to endure. I shall think twice before going to this place again!
