INSECT IN FOOD DISH - VERY BAD HYGINE & SAFETY EXPERINCE Very bad experience about food quality since we found insect in food dish. We visited on 23rd Jan 2025 in group of 10 people and ordered variety of dishes. one of our dishes of sandwich has insect in the dish. It was very horrible experience for us since we went with brand name. The staff did show courtesy to not charge for the ordered sandwich or give us replacement however that was not the solution. The staff did not seem keen or worried about food quality or neither show that they need to clean and maintain hygiene topmost in the kitchen or what they will do for no repeat of such issue in future. We are very worried about food quality and will suggest anyone to AVOID this restaurant at all. If you still want to go to this restaurant then mention them this experience and ask them to ensure kitchen hygiene otherwise, they never learn to worry for customer.
