Bad food quality and service. Indifferent and inattentive staff. Watery dal and Pani puris were not stuffed with the filling and staff expected guests to do that. Thanks for your prompt response, Jasper Team and for your justification. However, as for the dal it was the so called Punjabi menu that is popular in this part of the country and I very well understand the difference between a Gujarati Dal and Punjabi Dal, firstly because I'm married to a Gujarati and have also lived in Punjab for many years and I also cook both these dals at home. As for the pani puris, the staff could have filled the potato filling since it was a small gathering and most of us were near the counter. Nevertheless, it's good to see that the owner has at least shown the intention to improve which was completely absent in the head staff and other staff who just did not bother. It was a buffet menu maam. As you can understand pani puri get soft if we stuff it with it's fillings and GUJARATI DAL are not that thick as it was in menu. Though we will try better next time to provide you more enjoyable experiences along with your family & friends. Thank you for your valuable feedback.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of flavorful options that everyone at the party enjoyed. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the event. They were quick to accommodate all our requests, making the celebration even more special. The ambience of the cafe is warm, inviting, and perfect for a birthday celebration. The decor and atmosphere made the whole experience even more enjoyable, with a great blend of comfort and style. Literally very very bad experience with them, strongly not suggest to anyone , we were 27 persons but they didn’t allowed us inside the restaurant as we choose a buffet dining but outside area was so dirty , even they didn’t provide us chairs and tables properly, after demanding many times they gave us 3 4 tables and 4 5 dirty sofas . Really it was a very bad experience for us and our guests. You re answer my question , thank you , but .first thing we were there for our celebration and when one sees dim lights , poor seating arrangements with dripping water everywhere from the top and zero ventilation due to dome and literally sweating like anything with extremely spicy soup , poor service and erogent way of speaking ,anyone can looses their mind and instead of accepting your fault Mr jal’s blame game showes poor professionalism and immaturity to understand the customers , nothing more to say but after this event we can’t recommend this place anymore to anyone in future by seeing your rude approach Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I believe the HOST should have discussed with guest. There were 20 SOFA for 27 people in buffet with each having 3 person sitting space. We had an event inside resturant as stated earlier. Crying like a spoiled child here later is not a good representation of your maturity. Lastly there were 27 adults 3 teens and 2 young kids so please check before makings statenment. We do have call recording if u want to check what we had convers with Mr.Deepak mehta (Dr.Deepak mehta). The dish that was finalized had total of 3 option Regular, 50% Jain food( no onion,garlic & potato) &100% Pure Jain food. That's the level of service we provide.
