Terrible burger provided because I had ordered it through a MagicPin coupon. The bun was stale and burnt, the filling is barely even there. Worst experience, if you are trying to do promotion via MagicPin, you should provide good food at least. Average! Celebrated my kiddos birthday at Jain Delight Cafe. 1) Party was at 6 pm...We reached at 5.50 pm..It was in too bad condition...they were mopping the floors then...Upon asking, they said their has been another party which lasted long... 2) The service was extremely slow..Noodles were served much before manchurian ...The kids had already finished noodles when the manchurian arrived and that too the manchurian balls were too hard to bite ! Though the Indian food and momos were tasty. 3) Also , there is no backup for ACs ..If there is no power, the backup is only of fans ...in this humid climate, it is difficult without AC 4 ) The staff handling the party was too tired .She slept on the chair while the party was still going on. 5) Good point- The owner was co-operative and still teaching the staff mannerisms. Overall, the location and ambience is good with ample space for a party of approx 20 - 25 people but the staff needs to be trained and needs to be polished.
