So i visited the outlet today in dahanu rd. But the staff was really inattentive, had to yell 2 to call them to help me.......however to top it all off found a piece of plastic in their chocolate ball. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I had ordered 2 pastries and some donuts from this shop, but honestly, my experience was very disappointing. Both pastries were overloaded with cream and had almost no real taste. The donuts were even worse — they didn’t feel fresh at all, more like something made several days ago. I’ve never had such a bad donut experience before. The overall quality and freshness were way below expectations. Maybe it was just my personal experience or an off day for the shop, so if anyone feels hurt by this review, I sincerely apologize. But I wanted to share my honest feedback so others can know what to expect. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹1–200
