Recently I had bought Khara bun, which they usually put in paper cover and give. I had bought in the late evening as I was hungry and no dinner to eat at home. When I opened the paper cover, the buns were damaged and I found some dirty things stick to the bun. Since it was a raining day, I went again in the morning to show them. They are not accepting what I have shown and the younger man who wear spectacles telling his own stories defending as nothing has happened. I told them to exchange and offer me one pack for free, as I have spent my time and petrol to visit their shop. They denied and said, I need to pay again for it. I told them to keep the buns and came back. As some of the reviews suggest, they don't give the bills for the items which we purchase. If I had the bill then I would have taken them to the consumer court.Just avoid these people who are fooling customers with their sweet words and acting decent and humble. They are just money minded without any service oriented. Even during the carona lockdown, they had sold me potato bun which had become bad. since I could not visit and show them, I just throw it and informed them later but they are not ready to accept. There is no proper law to punish these kind of bakery. I advice all the customers who visit at least to take the Bill as a proof of purchase which can help in case they gave bad quality eatables.
