I bought a half kg rava cake for ₹220. My friend purchased the same rava cake from the Andheri outlet for ₹100 per 250g (₹200 for half kg), which is cheaper. I also politely requested them to write a name on top of the cake along with “Happy Father’s Day,” but they clearly refused . Extremely disappointed with their behavior and service. Price per person: ₹200–400

Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs This place is a joke, and the guy who works here is the punchline. Never in my life have I come across someone this unprofessional and outright rude. The man behind the counter at Iyengar Bakery in Borivali seems completely unfit for any kind of customer-facing job. He talks like he’s doing you a favor by existing, and answering simple questions seems like too much work for him. Not only does he lack basic manners, but his attitude is downright hostile. Who tells customers to "calculate the weight themselves"? It’s a bakery, not a self-service math lab. If you ask something, expect sarcasm or a blank stare—never a straight answer. The way he behaves makes you wonder if he's carrying some deep unresolved issues from his past, because there’s no other way to explain this level of bitterness in a customer service role. Until they fire this guy or get someone who understands how to behave like a human being, this place deserves to be avoided. No food is worth being treated like garbage. One star is too generous.
