I recently dined at Itihaas and overall, I was left disappointed by the experience. The food was just okay, but there were several issues with the service that overshadowed the meal. While the staff was initially friendly, it was difficult to get their attention when we needed something. Despite calling the waiter multiple times, no one would come to our table. We ordered Boneless Lemon Chicken as a starter, but some pieces contained bones, and unfortunately, a small bone got stuck in my uncle's throat. This caused him a great deal of discomfort, and he couldn't eat the rest of the meal. We tried to speak to a manager about the incident, but no one showed up to address our concerns. Additionally, the staff seemed to forget our orders, and we had to remind them multiple times throughout the meal. The biryani we ordered was also quite dry. Overall, the experience at Itihaas left much to be desired. Given the combination of lackluster food and subpar service, I'm hesitant to return or recommend this restaurant to others. It's a great experience with Itihaas Restaurant.The ambiance is very welcoming & charming.Amazing food & service.staff are extremely knowledgeable and they know what they're doing & what they're taking about. Customers happy is their main priority.overall its a great experience & highly recommended.
