Ordered 2 chicken biriyanis and 1 meals. Meals was average. Both the chicken biriyanis were with meatless chicken. Chicken pieces were so small and only had very less meat. This is their normal doing whenever we order parcel. Ithathas kindly rename the item from Ithathas Sepcial Dum Biriyani to 'Ithathas Special Meatless Biriyani' Response to the reply: Doesnt look like a one-off isntance. Been facing this issue since long. Surprisingly, when we dine in, the chicken pieces does appear to have more meat in it. Always and only happens when you take delivery/parcel!! thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are very sorry that the chicken pieces in your biryani didnot meet expectation. We already addressed the issue to our chicken supplier. Our supplier delivered smaller chicken cuts than usual. We have already escalated the matter to our quality control to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We truly value your feedback.
