I was really looking forward to trying the Belgian waffle here, but the experience was frustrating due to the long wait time (40mint). there was no update or explanation from the staff. When it finally arrived, it wasn't even hot, which made me wonder if it had just been standing there. For a simple order, the delay was unacceptable and really ruined the experience.
