order delivered almost 1 hour after the time and zomato response was pathetic. the bot did not want to escalate the issue even after the order was delayed by more than an hour

I asked for no cream. pizzeria called me to clarify. I said I want no cream or white sauce bit put red Tomato sauce. they sent pizza with no sauce and put 2 ketchup packets outside. Stupid people. No more ordering from Italian bob.
