We had ordered idli and vadas. After about one and half hours of waiting they cancelled our order at around 11pm, leaving us without food for the night. Highly unprofessional approach. Instead of being apologetic they said you can do whatever you want, they were least bothered.

The dishes are a bit undercooked and there is no concern towards the presentation. The staff too is least bothered about the customers and doesn't make any effort to improve the quality of food.
