Such a fabulous place ! We came over for cocktails and had the limoncello spritz along with the tomato and mozzarella bruschetta and the smoked salmon bruschetta. We also had the oysters and Parma ham with cantaloupe. Everything was absolutely fresh and super tasty. Loved the service super attentive and helpful. Great ambience as well! Italia at The Park, Bangalore is one of those places that wins you over even before the food arrives. The cosy, colourful and quaint ambience instantly makes you feel happy. The menu and space are small, but every dish and drink is thoughtfully curated. I absolutely loved the Orange and Basil Spritz. The bruschetta was a delight, beautifully presented with two variations: one with juicy cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and basil and another with silky salmon, capers and mascarpone. Then came the burrata, which was an explosion of textures and tastes, paired with whole grain mustard, citrus, grilled peppers, tomatoes and grilled garlic. We also had fresh oysters, crispy arancini and a Caesar's pizza that had such an interesting combination of flavours. For mains, we had succulent lamb chops and beautifully cooked salmon. And just when I thought I couldn’t eat another bite, out came the cutest (and most delicious) Tiramisu, the perfect sweet ending to a meal that felt like a warm hug. Italia may have a small menu, but it delivers big on taste and experience. I’d go back in a heartbeat!
